Curriculum

  • Start with a strong foundation by mastering assists in standing postures. Learn how to stabilize, align and support your students in various standing poses so they feel grounded and balanced.

  • Explore the subtle but transformative power of assists in forward bends and twists. Discover techniques to deepen your students' stretch and improve their spinal mobility while maintaining a sense of comfort and ease.

  • Gain confidence in leading your students through backbends and inversions. In this module we focus on developing safe and effective assists that encourage openness, strength and confidence in these more challenging postures.

  • Learn to assist Surya Namaskar A & B in the flow of breath and put your new skills into practice in a guided 60-minute class. The class will alternate in partner work, giving you the opportunity to refine your techniques and gain confidence by offering hands-on assists and receiving feedback in real time.
